What's New

• Splash Screen: Branded startup overlay with Elements logo, version number, and BETA badge — auto-fades after 2 seconds

Installation (macOS)

1. Download Elements-VST3-macOS-Universal.zip
2. Unzip and copy Elements.vst3 to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/
3. Rescan plugins in your DAW (in Bitwig: recreate the instrument track)

Requirements

• macOS 11.0+ (Universal Binary — Apple Silicon & Intel x86_64)
• VST3-compatible DAW

Known Issues

• Occasional saturation with strong spectra at high polyphony
• No preset system (planned for future release)

• Sphere Deformation: Simplex noise displacement on sphere geometry creates organic timbral movement
• Wavefolding: Sinusoidal fold driven by deform amount adds harmonic richness
• Deformed Fresnel: Displaced normals feed back into spectrum calculations — rotation now modulates timbre on deformed spheres
• Universal Binary: Now runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs
• Light Settings Persistence: Light enabled/source states now persist across window close/reopen and DAW sessions
