elepay-eccube4-plugin for eccube 4.2/4.3

Changes

• feat: Support EC-CUBE 4.3 by following the current Symfony and Doctrine APIs
• feat: Send the EC-CUBE version and the plugin version along with the payment request
• refactor: Rename the plugin code from Elepay to elepay42

EC-CUBE 4.3 に対応しました。あわせて Symfony / Doctrine の新しい API に追従しています。

プラグインコードが Elepay から elepay42 に変わったため、EC-CUBE 上は別プラグインとして扱われます。1.2.x を導入済みの環境では、旧プラグインを無効化・アンインストールしたうえで本バージョンを新規インストールしてください。旧プラグインが登録した支払方法のレコードは「支払方法設定」に残ります。
