Windows crash on launch — node-pty native binaries were packed inside the .asar archive and couldn't be found. Fixed with asarUnpack.
Trust prompt re-appearing every launch — the app was killing Claude before it had time to save the trust decision to disk. Now gives Claude 1.5s to persist it. Also ensures claude always runs from the home directory so the trust is saved to ~/.claude/ where future terminal runs will find it.
