Coexist with Codex (agent_keys.keys). FreeMicro can own a subset of the
six Agent Keys and leave the rest for the ChatGPT app, so Codex and Claude
Code can share the pad - three keys each, for example. FreeMicro sends a
partial thstatus for only its keys (leaving the others as Codex set them)
and auto-reasserts them so the split holds. Default is all six, unchanged.
