Fixes driver installation on clean Windows PCs.

  • Setup tool v0.5.22 can install bundled signed INF driver folders with pnputil, not only vendor EXE installers.
  • The recommended package now includes CP210x, CH341/CH340, and CH343 WCH serial driver payloads.
  • The package builder now rejects WCH driver inputs that contain neither INF files nor an installer EXE.
