Story

Space rocks originate from an unknown source, believed by some to be a dark energy that is possibly related to the presence of nearby UFOs that contain sentient life forms

Functionality

• Space rocks come in multiple sizes (shown above)
• When they impact a threat disrupter beam or the green spaceship itself, they break apart into their successively smaller units.
• When the space rocks impact the player, they cause the loss of a life. Space rocks are the main antagonist of the game.
• Once these rocks reach a terminal size, another collision causes them to be destroyed completely

Fun Facts

• Space rocks also have the ability to selectively quantum leap when they get too close to the edge of deep space. This is the main reason many theorists suggest a correlation between the UFO sentient life forms and the space rocks.
• There will always be space rocks present in deep space at all times. Once they all have been destroyed, they will spontaneously and randomly regenerate in a completely random location. They do this by a mechanism that is completely not yet fully understood.
