GunterChart v0.216-alpha (build216)
Build216 corrects drawing popup positioning, fill palette toggle/selection behaviour and opacity-slider native release/same-size chart-refresh handling. Drawing-only handles now use native bitmap time/price anchors shared with their parent objects, preserving the existing artwork and stored geometry. This is a contract-supported structural correction; exact native pixel/DPI alignment remains for owner acceptance. Choosing fill colour preserves opacity, including zero. Escape, modifiers, actual resize and update pause still cancel slider edits. Helper21 is unchanged; the installer contains the exact previously published Helper21 and pinned channel. No new Helper release or replacement assets. Update from the app chart, or extract the Windows ZIP and open GunterChartUpdater.exe. Restart & update pauses all EAs in the selected MT5. Automated checks passed; native interaction/profile/DPI acceptance remains separate. No test trades were placed.
GunterChart v0.215-alpha (build215)
Build215 fixes box opacity edits resetting during refresh, middle-button hover controls and description-field row borders through shared line/box controls. Feedback requests moves to Support without changing its scope. Includes Helper21 with persistent signed version display, repeated restore/update proof renewal and refresh-flicker fixes. Update Helper first, then check for the app update on the chart. Download the Windows ZIP, extract it and open GunterChartUpdater.exe for installation. Restart & update pauses all EAs in that MT5. Restore requires MT5 already closed and explicit confirmation. Older app versions may not support drawing settings created by newer versions. Saved drawing data is retained. Automated checks passed; native post-fix acceptance remains separate. No test trades were placed.
GunterChart v0.214-alpha (build 214)
Build 214 and Helper 20
Release scope; publication/installation are separately verified.
EA 214 adds the requested bucket, middle-line and extended-edge box icons; a
slim middle-line hover disclosure with actual colour/stroke/thickness; real
behind-candle fill opacity with slider and numeric 0–100%; separated width
caption/stroke lanes; and a box adapter to the existing line-description editor
layout (colour, size, B/I, four rows, alignment, explicit Apply).
Native geometry, four blue handles, selected ownership and foreign/automatic
object exclusion remain. Opacity is a clipped ARGB bitmap, independent of border
ink; unchanged views reuse the cached result. Preview is not a metadata commit;
release commits and Escape/resize/modifier/update pause cancel. Rendering/save
failures retain committed appearance and report failure. Native outline/middle/
text plus exact parent/chunk metadata persist on close; disposable alpha fill is
freed and rebuilt only by a supporting EA. Text preserves hidden legacy tails
until explicit Apply; invalid over-four-line content is rejected, not truncated.
Representable full/off opacity with centred text keeps exact v1 style rows.
Fractional alpha or non-centred text needs v2. Older versions may not support
drawing settings created by newer versions. Saved drawing data is retained.
EA 212 cannot understand 213's new metadata pointer; EA 213 cannot edit v2.
Older apps can retain visible outline/text without the new editor/fill features.
No destructive downgrade or chart/profile rewrite is performed.
Read-only audit of the actual released 212/213 BoxInit/Tick/Close paths found no
automatic removal of unknown v2 parent/chunks while the owned native parent
remains: stale-art cleanup is parent-existence/type based, invalid style rendering
returns without rewriting, and shutdown clears only transient UI. Version 212
does not recognize the chunk namespace; 213 retains its typed chunks for an owned
parent. This source audit is not a native downgrade/profile roundtrip test.
Helper 20 fixes successful-update rollback being hidden despite a real backup.
Both current and existing previous files require pinned signed release proof,
exact hash/length/component/asset/version and terminal/data binding. Restore is
explicit, requires MT5 already closed, never closes/starts it and does not modify
charts, settings or trading records. Durable intent and atomic replacement
support explicit crash recovery; interrupted operations retain priority. The
normal newer-only update gate remains. See Helper restore.
The owner confirmed v213's manual box works natively. This does not certify the
new 214 opacity, focus, DPI, profile/template roundtrip or Helper 20 restore.
Combined full regressions, both EA variants, Helper Core/HTTP/offline Windows
tests and signed draft package checks qualify this alpha release. Native owner
acceptance remains separate after a safe explicit update. No active-terminal
install, restore, restart or trading action is performed by the agents.
GunterChart v0.213-alpha (build 213)
GunterChart v0.213-alpha (build 213).
Public installer downloads; no account required. Download GunterChart-Windows.zip, extract it, and open GunterChartUpdater.exe. Choose the intended MT5 installation and install. Attach GunterChart/GunterChart once in MT5.
Future updates appear inside GunterChart. Restart & update pauses all EAs in that MT5 terminal. Save or cancel chart edits and order previews before restarting.
Automated checks passed. Live terminal restart and profile restoration still require DEMO validation. No test trades were placed. The initial Windows installer is not Authenticode-signed. Helper also checks its own signed releases; use Check Helper updates / Update Helper in GunterChart Helper. App updates stay on the chart.
Build 213: reported drawing and calendar issues
Candidate, not a publication or installation receipt.
- Manual rectangles store appearance in bounded hidden native-label chunks,
with a short parent pointer committed only after a complete alternate bank.
The previous complete style survives interrupted writes. Chunks remain in the
chart/profile across reattachment; no account or trading state is involved. - Native read-only inspection of the owner's v212 rectangle found an app-owned
rectangle whose appearance description ended mid-JSON at 63 characters.
Recover only an exact truncated legacy creation-style prefix matching the
current native appearance. Unknown/malformed styles remain rejected rather
than being silently reset. Recovery retains anchors and reports a style check. - The existing horizontal-ray tool has a hollow left origin and horizontal
shaft, with an accurate tooltip and a new bitmap cache identity. Its drawing
model and click targets are unchanged. - General Settings adds terminal-wide Feedback requests, default On. Off prevents
new optional pending requests and hides optional cards, while preserving the
drawing-action journal, geometry and operational errors. There is no catch-up
prompt on reenable. An unfinished note defers local disabling; a note already
being edited survives another chart disabling requests until it is submitted. - Calendar coverage uses the earliest source-date week in the feed's published
UTC offset, converted to broker time. Previously a late Saturday event became
Sunday after timezone conversion and incorrectly advanced the entire week.
Invalid dates fail without replacing the previous valid calendar. - Genuine published-week gaps remain explicit in News, with loaded dates, last
successful refresh and time basis in its tooltip, not a permanent chart banner.
Permission, failed refresh, imminent-news and other operational alerts remain.
Regression coverage includes the 63-character native limit, maximum Unicode
text, partial writes, corrupt-bank rejection, reattach, four-corner/editor
selection, parent/child event routing, feedback persistence/drafts and exact icon
pixels in both themes, plus current/old/future calendar weeks and UTC/broker
Sunday crossings. Source simulations and compilation do not establish live MT5
post-fix rendering, saved-profile roundtrip or native mouse acceptance.
No trading action, active-terminal install, restart or security-setting change.
Helper 19 is unchanged. Publication requires reviewed tested artifact evidence;
native owner acceptance after a safe update is a separate step.

Helper also checks its own signed releases; use Check Helper updates / Update Helper in GunterChart Helper. App updates stay on the chart.
Build 212 — Bias hover legend and Helper v19 touch-ups
The passive Bias-card hover legend explains configured completed-SMA periods,
live Bid versus Bias colour, and independent closed-wick shape/availability.
Shape-only examples include an empty outline rather than a neutral-state dash.
It uses existing validated caches, wrapping, visibility and busy ownership; it
does not add market-history fetches, model rules, trading or saved preferences.
Leaving the native chart window without another chart event is not a proven
mouse-leave signal; dismissal may wait for the next interaction/visibility event.
Helper v19 removes its app-check/update button: app updates remain chart-driven.
Check Helper updates / Update Helper acts on the companion only. Installed
version has a small recovery link, enabled only for an existing supported
transaction/migration record. No record, including a completed-update backup
alone, shows No previous version available. No old version number is invented.
Legacy recovery says Restore pre-migration version. MT5 must already be closed;
confirmation is explicit, Cancel is a no-op, and failures never report restored.
Core backup integrity and changed-chart safeguards remain unchanged. Nothing is
queued, force-closed or automatically restarted by recovery.
The navigation has a quiet one-pixel boundary. The repeated routine current
message is suppressed; errors, recovery and important notices remain. App-error
guidance points to the real chart check or automatic running-chart retries.
Publisher final patches explicitly preserve the intended version tag and reject
unexpected returned metadata; existing releases/assets are never overwritten.
Full automated checks, both EA builds and the Helper package are release gates.
Offline source/WinForms previews and fake-terminal tests do not establish native
MT5/physical input acceptance. Monthly MA blinking remains unconfirmed. No
installation, terminal restart, trading or automation activation is performed.
Final source/artifact review precedes signing and publication.

Build 211 — Helper v18 and quieter Bias cards
GunterChart Helper v18 replaces the companion's Updater display name while
preserving its executable, release channel, installation identity and signed
self-update/recovery compatibility. Main uses a single terminal/status/version
flow plus a separate Helper update section. Navigation and Settings checkboxes
reuse EA artwork. Terminal names retain discovered vendor branding without
Running/Configured suffixes or a hardcoded list.
Browsing another terminal or hiding the Helper no longer pauses service for
the configured MT5. One configured terminal is serviced, not multiple terminals
at once. Installation/configuration remains explicit; Installed is read-only,
and no terminal uninstall/trash action is added. Stopped/stale installed versions
are Unknown, failed checks stay visible, and pending confirmation is not current.
The Helper's Update now confirmation enters the existing verified download,
all-chart preparation and normal restart/recovery flow. Restore stays accessible.
Bias cards are 34x14px beneath unchanged favourite buttons. Strict up/down
triangles are inset 26x10px and use a quiet 40% white tint of the primary card
colour. Inside/outside/equal/unavailable states remain blank. Signal models,
readiness, stored colours, undocked geometry, trading and preferences do not
change. Exact bitmap sizes and both mirrored orientations have regressions.
Full automated checks, both native EA builds and Helper package checks are
release gates. Offline actual-size WinForms previews and source simulations
do not prove physical Windows/MT5 interaction or live acceptance. Existing
monthly MA blinking remains unconfirmed. Publication alone does not install,
restart MT5, enable bots, trade or resume automations. Final signing/publication
requires the technical lead's source/artifact review.

Build 210 — Solid Bias cards and strict white arrows
Applies the owner's reviewed visual correction to the existing Bias cards:
solid red/green/grey primary-state fill with the same-colour edge. Strict higher
high plus higher low shows one white up triangle; strict lower high plus lower
low shows one white down triangle. Inside, outside, equal and unavailable wick
patterns leave the card blank, with no dash or double arrow. Restored stale
up/down/dash artwork is removed and healthy unchanged cards remain cached.
Card position, header height and favourite alignment are unchanged. Bias colour
and wick shape remain independent: a blank card does not imply neutral Bias.
The existing model, SMA inputs, data readiness, history reads, preferences,
palettes and trading behaviour are unchanged. Tory's originating-timeframe
open-and-close invalidation and the manual-box fixes from v209 are retained.
Full automated checks and both native EA builds are required. Source-rendered
previews and simulated chart APIs do not establish native MT5 visual acceptance.
Monthly MA blinking remains unconfirmed; this release makes no new resolution
claim. Publication does not install the update, restart MT5, activate bots,
place trades or resume automations. Existing unrelated work is preserved.
GunterChart v0.209-alpha (build 209)
GunterChart v0.209-alpha (build 209).

Build 209 — Combined Bias, Tory and manual-box fixes
Integrates the three separately reviewed changes from PRs 5, 6 and 7.
Bias cards now sit inside the existing header, aligned beneath their favourite
timeframe buttons. Their independent wick-direction arrows remain inside quiet
outlined cards; clipped or hidden buttons have no orphan cards. The retained
undocked layout reserves space from notifications. Bias calculations, inputs,
palette preferences and financial controls are unchanged.
Tory invalidation now requires a completed candle on the ray's ORIGINAL source
timeframe to BOTH open and close strictly beyond it: above resistance, below
support. Opening and closing prices use their separate source-bar positions i
and i+1. Equality, wicks, straddling bodies, forming candles and lower/display
timeframe bars do not invalidate. Qualification, seven-bar spacing, hidden carry
and original ownership through refinement are unchanged. Full validation and
root pruning use the new same-candle body rule. Previously validated rays remain
explicitly pending while owner history is unavailable; bounded catch-up checks
every intervening completed source candle and retires only individually broken
rays. Pending retained output is not labelled freshly validated.
Manual-box selection and placement now reach the box owner before overlapping
automatic pool interiors. Existing corner handles, movement, resize and separate
fill/background controls remain available. Explicit pool creation/capture and
earlier financial, notification and menu routes retain priority. No new drawing
controls, persistence schema or trading action is introduced.
The combined candidate requires the complete automated gate and both native EA
builds. Source-rendered previews, simulated chart/broker APIs and compilation do
not establish native MT5 visual/gesture acceptance. Monthly MA blinking remains
unconfirmed; this release makes no new claim that it is resolved. Existing Tory
cross-timeframe geometry/coverage and current-reconstruction limitations remain.
Publication does not install the update, restart MT5, activate bots, place trades
or resume automations. Existing unrelated work is preserved.

Build 208 — Progressive Tory output and display recovery
Tory Lines now fully validates and publishes each fixed source before loading the
next: MN1 → W1 → D1 → H4 → H1 → M5. Valid Monthly rays no longer wait for all M5
history and chain calculations. This addresses empty output when chart-timeframe
changes reinitialize the EA before its former full reconstruction can finish.
Atomic partial snapshots preserve working carries, original invalidation owners,
qualification and selection provenance. A new source close hides only affected
old output; unaffected validated higher rays remain available during rebuilding.
The existing Status body reports current loading/calculation/refinement progress
without restarting the native ray painter. No new controls or durable cache.
An actual read-only US100 history capture produces the same six final rays and
logical carries as build 207. The first Monthly output changes from 6,551 to 35
simulated scheduled slices; its first native-object creation is at slice 36,
before any lower-source history read. These are source-fixture scheduling counts,
not measured native MT5 latency, pixel acceptance or a guarantee for all feeds.
BoS, pullbacks, seven intervening candles, invisible spacing-only carry and the
existing originating-source close validity/geometry limitations are unchanged.
The MA helper stages copied values before committing them to visible buffers,
preventing a reproduced partial/failed copy from corrupting prior accepted
values. Bounded diagnostic messages identify readiness/copy failures. Legitimate
full history resets can still require recalculation; the owner's native MA-only
blinking is not claimed resolved without subsequent terminal/video evidence.
Multi-chart attachment warnings now use fresh updater protocol/heartbeat and
actual failure/timeout state. A current connected updater is no longer told to
install an old minimum version merely because a chart attachment timed out.
Full checks and standard/Windows native builds are release gates. Publication
does not install the update, restart MT5, activate bots, place trades or resume
automations. Broker history and account-local probe evidence remain outside Git.

Automated checks passed. Live terminal restart and profile restoration still require DEMO validation. No test trades were placed. The initial Windows installer is not Authenticode-signed. Updater v2 and newer also check their own signed updater releases; use Update updater in the tray app.
Build 207 — Tory calculation and candle readiness
Fixes a reproduced Tory Lines calculation stall: impossible historical roots
could repeatedly exhaust candidate validation, taking longer than the next M5
close and restarting before first publication. Bounded source-close rejection
witnesses skip only mathematically impossible roots. BoS, pullbacks, chronological
selection, seven intervening candles, hidden spacing-only carry and full validation
of surviving candidates are unchanged. Earlier breaking closes remain effective
after price retreats. Inputs now labels its existing readiness text with Status.
Keeps an already attached candle helper through temporary calculation readiness
loss for at most five seconds. Previously that transition could repeatedly remove
and recreate the helper and flip native candle masking. Cold startup, changed
configuration, explicit removal, recovery and prolonged unready fallback remain.
Actual-source regression covers full OHLC structure/chain reconstruction, 100,000
M5 bars in both directions, interruption by a new close, subsequent rebuilding,
and differential geometry/qualification/carry against unpruned source. Targeted
renderer tests cover readiness and recovery transitions. Simulation slice counts
are not measured broker/MT5 loading times or guarantees for all possible feeds.
This fixes reproduced calculation starvation and candle-owner churn; the separately
reported MA-only blinking is not proven resolved. Native MT5 visual acceptance
remains outstanding. No history-hydration root cause or exact cross-timeframe native
geometry is claimed. Publication does not install the update, restart MT5, activate
bots, place trades or resume automations. Existing unrelated files are preserved.
