  source-derived NIF wrappers with multiple lifetimes, and remove the duplicate
  legacy Rust builder model.
• Reorganize Rustler generation into focused Nif, Term, Atom, Opts,
  Resource, and Schema APIs with concise wrapper, function-metadata, stub,
  and encoder naming.
• Simplify generator manifests, template rendering, metadata selection, and
  file-spec APIs; hide implementation modules and document the public API by
  responsibility.
