• Image.Plug accepts otp_app: :my_app to read its configuration from the application environment on the first request instead of at compile time, so an Elixir release can configure the plug (for example a runtime :mount path) from config/runtime.exs. Inline options act as defaults overridden per key; an optional :key overrides the config key.

Fixed

• Image.Plug no longer serves a visible error image from a mix release when :on_error is left at its default :auto. Mix is stripped from releases by design, so Mix.env/0 was unavailable and env detection fell through to the dev-time :render_error_image policy. :auto now maps an undetected env to the production-safe :fallback_to_source, matching the behaviour of an explicit config :image_plug, :env, :prod. Thanks to @sntran for the report. Closes #3.
