Fix System.stacktrace arity in the table of deprecations - #15713

The table lists `System.stacktrace/1`, but the deprecated function is `System.stacktrace/0` (see 42d5f9c, "Deprecate System.stacktrace/0 across the language"). The table of deprecations in
lib/elixir/pages/references/compatibility-and-deprecations.mdlists:The deprecated function is
System.stacktrace/0— it never took any arguments(its implementation was
apply(:erlang, :get_stacktrace, []), and thedeprecation commit 42d5f9c is titled "Deprecate System.stacktrace/0 across
the language"). Since
System.stacktrace/1never existed, the reference inthe table cannot be resolved; with the correct arity it links to the
still-present deprecated function.
Found by cross-checking every row of the table against the
:deprecatedmetadata in the compiled modules (
Code.fetch_docs/1), as a follow-up to#15712.
