Fixed

  • Simplified generated agent instruction templates so project-specific VibeKit rules are not copied into new projects.
  • Kept the --claude-md option while generating CLAUDE.md from the same template as AGENTS.md.
  • Replaced string-based Credo config patching with AST-based updates for existing .credo.exs files.
