v4.17.3.34 - Fix pencil-edit save bug, consolidate pre-selection logic

A cleanup release that also fixes a serious, previously-undetected bug in the location "Update Location" pencil-edit tool.

Fix a serious bug in location corrections

• Fix location fields silently failing to save after using the pencil-edit tool. A field could show as selected but not actually be enabled for submission (or the reverse) - so a correction made via the "Update Location" lookup could silently never reach Geni, even though it looked queued for update. (#287)
• Location corrections now recognize a match that only differs by case or spacing. Previously only an exact match counted, so a correction identical to Geni's existing value except for capitalization still lit up as if it needed review.

Behind the scenes

• Consolidated several places that were each independently deciding whether a field counts as "different from Geni" into one shared check - closes the door on the same kind of inconsistency bug (like the ones fixed in the last two releases) showing up again in a new spot. While doing this, found and fixed a related gap: a family member's date field re-checking against a different match no longer skips the "don't flag a less-precise date as an improvement" protection the way it could before.
