Addition

  • Internal coordinates of model layer can now be rebuilt on-the-fly in LayerOpt optimizations.

Bugfixes & Improvements

  • AFIR-HDF5 dump is now closed between calculations, allowing pysisplot --afir while the calculation is still running
  • Loading initial Hessians with coordiante type cart was faulty.
