@elk/stride-sdk -> @elk-work/stride-sdk. Clean break as v0.2.0 while the
module has no external consumers — GitHub's redirect would keep the old
path resolving, but a squattable org name under a frozen wire format is
not a foundation. Wire format unchanged.
