tidy-exif v0.1.4

First release from GitHub. tidy-exif moved here from Codeberg.

• The module path is now github.com/elkarrde/tidy-exif:
  go install github.com/elkarrde/tidy-exif/cmd/tidy-exif@latest
• The metadata engine now runs on the exifscalpel library (v0.3.1). Behavior is unchanged: only Adobe signatures are emptied, segment byte-lengths are preserved, and pixels are never touched.

Downloads: Linux amd64 / arm64 (.tar.gz) and Windows amd64 (.zip). Each archive contains the binary, LICENSE (MPL-2.0), and README.md.
