v1.2.0 - Task Replacement & Manager Dashboard Enhancements

What's New in v1.2.0:

• Task Replacement Policy: When a manager replaces a task, it must now be reassigned to another user. Once replaced, the task cannot be modified or deleted using tokens.
• Token Balance Update: If a task change request isn't addressed by the manager within 12 hours, users will automatically receive double modification tokens the next day.
• 24-Hour Task Status Check: Tasks not marked as completed and overdue will automatically be flagged as "incomplete" every 24 hours.
• Manager Dashboard: Managers now have a full overview of all employee tasks, with completion percentages filtered by week, month, and year, along with the total number of modification tokens used.
