Installation

Before using this code, you need to install the Bayesian Analysis Toolkit (BAT):
- Download the latest BAT release.
- Install BAT, following the instructions in their introductory guide (PDF).
Once you have BAT installed and have set up the necessary environmental variables, you can compile the fatjet BAT code by running make and then run it with ./runfatjetModel.
