F-tests

1. ./run_minuit_ftest [cut] [sq|sg] [mass] to produce the requisite plots. The [mass] argument is optional.
2. 'root -l bat_ftest_styler.cc("[cut]", "[sq|sg]", "[mass]")' to make a pretty plot.
