What's new

Added

  • /automate verify — health-check all registered automations: detects missing files or hook entries that have disappeared from settings.json, and offers to repair them
  • 3 new hook events supported in schema and validation:
    • TeammateIdle — agent team teammate about to go idle (matcher: agent name; exit 2 only)
    • TaskCompleted — task being marked completed (no matcher; exit 2 only)
    • ConfigChange — config file changed during session (matchers: user_settings, project_settings, local_settings, policy_settings, skills)
  • settings.json merge algorithm — SKILL.md Step 4 now has an explicit deep-merge procedure so new hooks are always appended to existing entries, never clobbering them
  • Structure tests STRUCT-40, STRUCT-41, STRUCT-42 for the 3 new hook events

Changed

  • CLAUDE.md: hook event count updated from 12 → 15, new events documented, noted that TeammateIdle/TaskCompleted only support exit code 2
