v2026.06.20 — biggest release since the ABE framework landed

An autonomous business entity can now take fiat, validate before it builds, and run as a legible org.

  • License — relicensed Apache-2.0 → PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. Source-available; any commercial use needs prior approval.
  • ABE finance rail (Stripe fiat) — get paid via hosted payment links (test/live mode), hands-off auto-reconcile + refund reversal, runway math, KYC entity_state machine, bounded virtual spend cards (PAN never exposed). One business runs fiat XOR crypto.
  • Founder doctrine — validate-first gate (no building before a real paying signal), per-goal kill_criterion, metabolism that nets in the agent's own cognition cost, maturity-gated strategy.
  • ABE multi-tenancy — every self-model + work table partitioned by company_id (sessions, missions/goals, identity/ego/affect, ledger).
  • Visible org — each reply and the dashboard show which hat acted (Founder / Marketing / Sales / Ops / Support), titled to the business's real stage (titles scale with revenue, never inflate).
  • Cost-protection gate — refuses metered LLM fallback in chat / autonomous unless opted in.
  • Reliability — gateway resume ("continue" reaches the agent), null-optional tool validation, scheduling (readable Month N names + company tag + dedupe), pre-loop knowledge rewrite no longer burns a completion, proxy startup, CI green.
