Chumbo 0.12.0 makes the same authenticated MCP capabilities available through project-branded CLIs and first-class Next.js or Node hosts.

  • Define reusable capability metadata without changing ordinary MCP registration.
  • Run project-branded CLIs with browser PKCE, operating-system credential storage, user-scoped discovery, stable JSON receipts, and confirmed writes.
  • Render user-owned npm packages with configurable identity, license, access, and repository metadata.
  • Generate and verify Next.js App Router and standalone Node host targets while preserving the Supabase Edge Function default.

Existing raw MCP tool registration and Edge Function projects remain compatible.
