Fix: Sonnet-4-6 timeout prevents FailoverError fallback

  • Increased cli-claude/claude-sonnet-4-6 base timeout from 180s → 300s to match OpenClaw idleTimeoutSeconds
  • Prevents premature SIGTERM (exit 143) that caused FailoverError: LLM request timed out and unwanted fallback to gpt-5.2-codex
  • Updated plugin schema defaults accordingly
