Fix: rebuild dist with correct per-model timeouts

The compiled dist/index.js was stale since v2.8.1. Source code had Sonnet timeout bumped to 420s, but the compiled JavaScript (which the gateway actually loads) still used 300s. All timeout improvements from v2.8.1-v2.8.3 were ineffective until this rebuild.

Changes

• Rebuilt dist with correct 420s Sonnet/Opus per-model timeouts
• Documented the need to set agents.defaults.llm.idleTimeoutSeconds to 600s so the gateway-level timeout (previously 360s) doesn't kill Sonnet before the plugin's per-model timeout fires

Deployment

After installing, also update openclaw.json:

Then restart the gateway.
