Fixes

Improved JSON tool_calls parser

  • tryExtractEmbeddedJson now tries multiple { positions — previously only tried the first one and gave up if that brace block wasn't valid JSON
  • Added rescue-from-raw as a final parse strategy before falling back to raw content
  • Fixes cases where models (especially Haiku) output valid tool_calls JSON wrapped in surrounding text

Tool name logging

  • New [TOOLS] debug log entry shows all available tool names on each request
  • Helps diagnose which tools the gateway exposes to models

Workspace detection scope

  • Auto-detection now only scans role: "user" messages, not tool results
  • Prevents cwd jumping between projects when tool results mention other project names
