emaillove-migration-audit v1.10.1

Choose a tag to compare

Patch: adds the stop-and-resume rules to the downloadable bundle, and fixes the per-skill update check to read marketplace.json rather than the repo-wide latest release. Every release now attaches all three skill bundles, so you can download any of them from any release.

emaillove-migration-audit v1.10.0

Choose a tag to compare

A day of fixes found by running these skills end to end against two real customer libraries, one well organised and one drawn years ago by someone learning Figma.

The audit now judges source fidelity first: whether a file's geometry is a specification to preserve or only a reference to take brand and structure from. A messy library does not block a migration, it changes what gets carried across. It also emits a deduplicated module inventory, detects the source scale, and names a design concession where a block converts cleanly apart from one effect email cannot reproduce.

The library structure is now prescribed rather than improvised: a fixed set of scaffolding pages, tokenised colour and spacing as real Figma variables, and a type specimen sheet.

New rules from live defects: one content width for the whole library, a gap belongs to one block and not both, images come across as rendered nodes rather than raw fills, pinned text columns need slack for font drift, and the standard rebuild for a photo that overlaps or bleeds past its block.

This release also includes a consolidation pass resolving 19 contradictions that accumulated across the day, including a wrong claim about button alignment in the ground-truth reference.

emaillove-migration-audit v1.8.0

Choose a tag to compare

Batch of fixes from running these skills end to end against a real unstructured customer library.

The library structure is now prescribed rather than left to the agent: a fixed set of scaffolding pages (cover, getting started, foundations, type, buttons) with only the component category pages varying. Foundations builds real Figma variables so a brand colour change is one edit, and the type page is a specimen sheet because a ramp that has drifted is visible to the eye.

New: the standard rebuild for a photo that overlaps or bleeds past its block, which email cannot express. One scale factor applied to every number, with a ratio test that catches per-style drift. And running progress with counts, percentages and an estimate revised from observed pace.

emaillove-migration-audit v1.3.0

Choose a tag to compare

Found by running these skills end to end against a real customer library that had no design system at all.

The audit now produces a module inventory rather than a per-design list, because the converter consumes modules and a repetitive library reduces to far fewer of them than it has designs. It also detects the scale factor when a file is drawn larger than a real email, and records a named concession when a module converts cleanly apart from one effect email cannot reproduce.

Two new render rules, both from live defects: a gap belongs to one block and not both, and an image must come across as a rendered node rather than a raw fill, or a crop transform is silently discarded.

Adds runtime expectations, so a long first build does not read as a hang.
