How to install CA certificate for TLS decryption

Hello, I am trying to get PCAPdroid working on my Android 9 based set top box. The app is installed and within the app I was able to install the mitm addon using the Mitm setup wizard. However, the installation of PCAPdroid CA Certificate fails and the wizard gives me the option to Export the certificate. Which I did. However, there seems to be no option in the device settings for "Encryption & Credentials"...or anything related to certificates.

Please suggest how else can I get the certificate installed?

Hello, seems like on Android TV there could be some limitations on installation of custom CA certificate. If you have root you can install the certificate manually as explained in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42446272/install-certificate-on-androidtv (having root anyway is a precondition to bypass most OS/apps security measure for TLS decryption). You can probably find other info online
