Problem happened when you changed a file while the system was writing other files. Since the write is a heavy IO operation, the watcher lost track of the file somehow.
To fix, I added a restart and stop function to the watcher to restart the watch after a write to make sure everything keeps getting watched.
I thought of maybe stopping the watcher during file write, do you guys think it would be best?
