eosllm-browser 0.1.0
eosllm-browser 0.1.0 — initial Chrome MV3 + Firefox release
Local-first LLM chat in your browser, talking to a local
eosllm-server
on 127.0.0.1:7777. Loopback only — no telemetry, no off-machine
network egress.
Features (v0.1.0)
- Popup chat UI — pin the eosllm icon, click, type, watch tokens
stream in via SSE. - Service-worker SSE-stream holder so closing the popup doesn't
interrupt generation. - Options page for server URL, model path, max tokens.
- Single codebase polyfilled to Chrome MV3 + Firefox WebExtension
via vite +@crxjs/vite-plugin. - Permissions requested: only
["storage"]and
host_permissions: ["http://localhost:7777/*"]. No tabs, no
webRequest, no content-script injection.
