TFC hide scraping is invisible with ModernFix installed on both sides

Bug Description

With ModernFix & TFC installed on both client and server in 1.20.1, placing a soaked hide on a wood log shows the block outline, but the hide is invisible.

If ModernFix is removed from either side, the hide reappears.

Minimal Mod List

• TFC 3.2.23
• Patchouli

Reproduction Steps

1. Open a world and enter creative mode.
2. Place a sideways wood log.
3. Obtain a soaked hide and place it on the log.
4. Observe that the hide is invisible if playing multiplayer with ModernFix on both sides.

Not needed - issue reproduces trivially with default ModernFix configuration and the steps above

Opus 4.8 believes the issue is TFC relying on TagsUpdatedEvent to rebuild its internal recipe cache. I am pretty sure it is correct. In vanilla 1.20 this is fine because recipes are sent before tags. With ModernFix, when smart_ingredient_sync is enabled (the default), we reorder tags to always be sent before recipes even on player login (vanilla 1.20 swaps the order for login only). This means TagsUpdatedEvent fires too early and there's no recipes.
