Fix

• fix: add --num-proc to mteb run (#5719)

• feat: add --num-proc to mteb run

Pass the value through to mteb.evaluate(num_proc=...) so CLI runs can
load and transform datasets with more than one process. The default stays
None, so existing runs and CI behave as before.
