AFD to ACA with 3 options

The code and documentation explains3 options to expose Azure Container Apps on the public internet through an Azure Front Door endpoint:

1. Secure the Azure Container Apps as an origin
2. Drop Azure Front Door and use Azure Application Gateway
3. Wait for Azure Container Apps to support Azure Private Link natively
