  • Add `opencode` module mirroring docker-php — wired to Embold-hosted Ollama (`https://ollama.embold.dev\`) with `qwen3-coder:30b` (MoE) as default.
  • Use VERSION file as single source of truth for template version.
  • Remove rails master key experiment that exposed credentials in the Coder UI.
  • Add ruby 3.3.1 back and set as default.
  • Add AGENTS.md (with CLAUDE.md symlink) documenting conventions and release flow.
  • Gitignore `.claude`; track `build_image.sh` as executable.
