Portable Windows SSH protocol handler for easy ssh:// link integration.

Usage:
- Download SSHHandlerApp.exe
- Run from anywhere (no installation needed)
- Select your preferred terminal and click "Apply"
- Click ssh:// links to open in your chosen terminal
