The first public release of Satori: a small, keyboard-first Getting Things Done app for macOS with a terminal-style look.

Highlights

  • GTD lists: Inbox, Today, Next Actions (by context), Scheduled, Waiting For, Someday/Maybe, Reference, Projects
  • Process Inbox (⇧⌘I): the clarify flow, with a key for every answer
  • Weekly Review checklist that flags projects with no next action
  • First-letter shortcuts: ⌘ + letter moves a to-do, ⌥⌘ + letter jumps to a list
  • Space to capture, @context tagging, a status line with hints, and a ? cheat sheet
  • Menu-bar quick capture, adjustable text size, Ghostty-inspired theme

Install

  1. Download Satori.zip below, unzip it, and drag Satori.app to Applications.
  2. The first time, right-click Satori.app → Open. It isn't notarized, so macOS asks once.
If it still won't open: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Satori.app

Requires macOS 14+ on Apple silicon. Intel Macs can build from source.
