Translates remaining 7 untranslated strings in Bahasa Indonesia locale:
- Plugin registry version picker: (pre-release), (too new), Pre-release
- Plugin registry warnings: No installable releases, withdrawn/verification message
- Bylines i18n: Manage bylines in {entryLocale}, no bylines available help text
