Elysium pool RPC reliability

  • Batch pool contract reads at one canonical block and load pool snapshots sequentially instead of fanning out RPC requests.
  • Back off on HTTP 429 and provider JSON-RPC rate limits, including Conduit's -32017 response.
  • Retry only rejected items in partially successful batches; retain successful reads and validate response IDs.
  • Never automatically retry transaction broadcasts.

No CLI command changes. Cloud operators should rebuild their API image with this release. High-traffic deployments can use an authenticated Elysium RPC endpoint via pools.rpc_url.

Validation: 494 Rust tests passed (2 ignored), Clippy passed, and a read-only public Elysium listing returned all three deployed pools.
