Bugfix and internals rollup

  • Use pubsub to launch Prefs Dialog and Log Window
  • Remove GetCurrentProfile notion completely, as it was causing soft
    crashes on Profile load after two or three Profiles
  • Make several controls aware of their current Profile and Page in a
    more deterministic and centralized way
  • Fixes to various popup menus and other controls acting badly because
    of earlier changes -- there's probably more of this
