Off-store Android edition (com.ets3d.rescueremote.direct) — 2.9.62, versionCode 5. Locked build: unlocks only with a signed license key (buy at https://couchside.tv/direct). Sideload, then Setup → Account → Redeem license key.

New in vc5

  • Choose your app icon: Setup → Prefs → Appearance → App icon shows the gold Pro icon and the standard icon side by side. Tap one; it changes on your home screen when you leave the app.
  • Crash reports you can send: Setup → Account → App error log keeps recent errors to copy or share (nothing is sent automatically).
  • Fewer false alarms: updating the app or force-stopping it no longer reports a crash on the next launch; real crashes say what Android reported.
  • Everything in app 2.9.62, including the Console banner when a SteamOS update removed the box's files (service 2.9.116+).

Release-signed (CN=Couchside Direct, O=ETS3D LLC; SHA-256 2f:34:27:b2…d0:b8:25:b6). Updates install over any earlier direct build. Rolling tag — updated in place on rebuilds.
