First release of Memory Status.

• Shows when your memory and handoff files last changed, with a fresh, stale or missing status.
• Counts open task items (- [ ]) in chosen files.
• Checks that today's daily log exists, with a configurable day start hour.
• Warns when the daily log is clearly newer than the handoff file.
• Choose the daily log file name format with a date separator and date order.
• Read-only, no network requests, no telemetry.

Requires Obsidian 1.7.2 or later. Add the files you want to watch in the plugin settings.
