Guided project reviews

  • Review one project at a time — projects due for review now open in a guided
session with project progress and an open-task count. Return to the review list
    to choose a different project.
  • Five-point checklist — check task relevance, new tasks to add, tasks to
complete or drop, project status, and the next concrete action before marking
    a project reviewed.
  • Deep Dive into Tasks — step through a project's open tasks, read their notes,
and complete, drop, or skip each task. Return to the checklist when ready.
  • Session completion — marking a project reviewed advances to the next due
project. After the last project, a completion screen shows how many you reviewed.

Sidebar polish

  • Folder task counts now align with the counts on project rows.
  • Tag counts exclude completed items and update when tasks are completed or reopened.
  • Single Action projects now use a checklist icon, distinct from Sequential projects.
