I can run the same wasm function dozens of time and it's working, but sometimes I randomly catch this error:
worker.js onmessage() captured an uncaught exception: TypeError: WebAssembly.Table.get(): Argument 0 must be convertible to a valid number

Can you provide any more information? Perhaps a full backtrace? Are you building with ASSERTIONS enabled?
