SciPy 1.18.0 improved j0/j1, which resulted in tiny changes, which in turn resulted in some Hankel-QWE not 'converging' (but correct result). QWE is really dependent on `maxint`, is it splits the Bessel functions. Convergence is not a good 'sole' criteria.
