Prebuilt LLVM 22.1.7 (x86_64 Linux, Release with assertions)

The llvm-project install tree that build.sh --use-prebuilt-llvm downloads: llvmorg-22.1.7 with mlir, clang and polly for the host, Release with assertions, built on ubuntu-latest by .github/workflows/prebuilt-llvm.yml.
