• Wider panel so messages read more fully

• Removed “pick endpoints (range auto-fills)” title

Diff settings

• Hide whitespace and Hide outdated comments persist as global prefs (localStorage)
• Splitter between those two checkboxes removed

Review filter performance

• App filter updates via startTransition (optimistic chips stay snappy)
• Comment→row mapping is O(rows+roots) with one-pass indexes
• E2E: review-filter suite (status chip + gear hide outdated + author)

Diagram viewer

• Mid-gesture pan/zoom is DOM-only (less shutter); React commits on idle/end
• ⌥± zoom · Arrow keys pan by 48px · Esc still closes

Quality

• Typecheck / lint / unit gates green for release
• Full e2e suite green (112 tests)
