Unify dangerous vault actions.

• Kosongkan dan ikuti server is now the single full-pull action.
• Pulihkan dari server now uses the same complete pull path.
• Reset server vault now actually resets and imports the current device vault, matching its description.
• Removed overlapping duplicate action from the normal settings area.

Tests: 20 unit passed.
