EnoughUI 0.4.0

@RussellBloxwich RussellBloxwich released this 03 Oct 21:16
01cf158

EnoughUI 0.4.0 adds a country heatmap with matching React and native Astro presentation, and refreshes the public catalog using the existing ENOUGH branding pack.

  • CountryHeatmap: responsive Natural Earth country geometry, linear or log scales, localized labels, measured zero versus missing data, and a keyboard-accessible exact-value table. Small countries remain in the table. The Astro component expands its table without hydration and adds no React or map-library dependency.
  • Public catalog: real story images for all 75 component groups, 403 examples, approved e. artwork and typography, copyable source, and no decorative link arrows.
  • Repository: visual README and social preview with clear links to the live demo. npm README images and documentation resolve to this release.
  • Demo: ui.enoughtools.com and enoughui.reb.run serve the same shared Storybook.

Both renderer packages publish together at 0.4.0:

Read the CountryHeatmap guide or try the map. Existing renderer installation and component entry points remain supported.

The release verifies React/Astro rendering, all shared Storybook examples, accessibility and interactions, catalog preview images, and the exact packed archives in isolated consumers before publishing with GitHub Actions OIDC and provenance.

EnoughUI 0.3.0

@RussellBloxwich RussellBloxwich released this 03 Oct 19:37
95a55ea

EnoughUI’s first public release provides separate React and native Astro packages under the EnoughTools organization, licensed under MIT.

Install @enoughtools/ui-react@0.3.0 for React components and interactive Astro islands, or @enoughtools/ui-astro@0.3.0 for native HTML presentation without a React dependency. Both include shared styles and design tokens.

The pinned shadcn/ui Radix baseline covers 65 current families plus legacy Form, with 124 required native Astro parts. Renderer differences and the verification scope are recorded in the parity contract. Decorative arrows and emoji-prone direction glyphs are removed.

Validation passed: 297 component, native-rendering and policy tests; 422 browser checks across 385 stories; 99 additional checks after the development dependency patch; 15 catalog checks; and isolated packaged React/Astro consumer builds and browser interactions. GitHub CI passed on Node 22 and 24 before merge.

These initial packages were bootstrapped through authenticated npm publication. Future new versions use GitHub trusted publishing with provenance. Contribution, conduct, security and release policies are included in the repository.

An unpatched development-only upstream cache advisory remains tracked. The current static catalog does not exercise its vulnerable path according to the recorded code-and-usage assessment. See dependency status.
