Maintenance release addressing transitive runtime dependency advisories, adding
downstream registry packaging, and rolling forward patch-level documentation,
test, formatter, and container-build fixes. Trello API behavior, configuration,
and the public 77-tool surface are unchanged.

Runtime Security

• Override the MCP SDK's transitive fast-uri and qs versions to 3.1.6 and
  6.16.0, respectively, addressing known host parsing, request-forgery, parser
  limit bypass, and denial-of-service advisories.

Registry Packaging

• Add Docker MCP Registry server metadata and a deterministic 76-tool
  tools.json fallback generated from the runtime catalog. The registry profile
  excludes only card_attachment_upload, which depends on a server-local upload
  root that the registry configuration cannot provide.
• Add generation and freshness checks for the registry catalog, contract tests
  for the registry metadata, and reliable frozen installs and production
  dependency pruning in automated container builds.
• Document the Docker MCP Registry and Glama requirements, evidence, and
  contribution paths used for downstream listing work.

Documentation And Development Tooling

• Update Astro from 7.2.1 to 7.2.9, Starlight from 0.41.7 to 0.41.10,
  @astrojs/markdown-remark from 7.2.2 to 7.2.4, and Sharp from 0.35.3 to
  0.35.4.
• Update Biome from 2.5.8 to 2.5.11 and Vitest plus its V8 coverage provider
  from 4.1.10 to 4.1.11.
• Update the GitHub Actions Buildx setup action from 4.2.0 to 4.3.0.
