@openenthrium/oe-runtime npm publish — corrected working-directory in CI from npm to server/cli/npm (path was wrong after sync to public repo, causing "No such file or directory" error)
npx command syntax — removed incorrect run subcommand; correct syntax is npx -y @openenthrium/oe-runtime agent.yaml --config oe-config.json
