Is the Fre:ac project still active?

The last official release of Fre:ac was already 3 years ago. In the meantime a lot has happened of course, for example new versions of Flac and Opus were released. Is Fre:ac still maintained and developed? Or has it become dormant?

Yes, the project is still active and I'm planning to publish a new official release soon.

In the meantime, for the latest codec updates and features, I recommend using the continuous build version of fre:ac. This is automatically updated whenever there is a change to the code base.
