Fre:ac now packaged in Debian

Hi,

I'm glad to let you know that fre:ac is now packaged in Debian[1] and also available to the current stable release Trixie through backports. I'd like to thank @enzo1982 for the continuous help to make this happen!

Currently the packaging is based on working snapshots of the 3 components. Looking forward to the next stable releases!
